NIMC stepped into the third year of its existence on July 28, 1999. However, 1 am pleased to observe that the Institute could take firm and determined strides to make significant progress within this short spell of time. The Institute is ever committed to its mission of promoting excellence in studies and research in management and related areas. Our basic strength is the quality of academic inputs provided by our dedicated and eminently qualified and experienced faculty, in addition, renowned colleagues from the industry and reputed academic institutions teach at NIMC. Our MBA curriculum is comparable to the same in institutions of repute in the country and abroad. The MCA curriculum is innovative and distinctive and geared towards producing techno-managers for tomorrow. Our efforts are directed towards producing tomorrow's managers who are knowledgeable about and appreciative of the Indian ethos, traditions, culture and thoughts, managers who are convinced that they have a role to play to upgrade Indian life. The industry has responded positively to our efforts. In spite of the adverse job situation all around, almost all our students who completed their MBA this year have been absorbed in well-known companies and organizations both in the public and the private sectors The Institute is surely poised for further growth in the coming years.
