Students have to go through a package of 42 compulsory and 1 elective credit course over the span of 10 (ten) academic terms. They are also required to take a compulsory non-credit (NC) course entitled Rabindra Studies on thoughts and ideas of Gurudev Rabindra Nath Tagore on society, social harmony, environment, rural India, science, technology and modernization of the country, etc. Additionally, during summer following their second year of studies, they are required to work on a project in an industry for a minimum period of ten weeks. The last two terms, i.e. during Terms IX and X, they will do their internship in the industry for a minimum period of twenty weeks. The details are as follows :-
